Although being one of the 2 top mobile phone service providers in Thailand, when it came to buying a new handset, even existing customers resorted to other channels instead the True Dtac shops. A strong message was needed to instil confidence in the True Dtac shops being the best place to buy new smart phones – with or without a new contract.<\/span><\/p>\n
