Background:
Bank employees have many of the prerequisites for a career as an AIA Agent, such as financial knowledge, an existing client base and possibly an IC License. However, the banking industry is undergoing massive changes following the popularity of banking apps on consumers’ phones, such as lay-offs and closures of branches.
Campaign idea:
Every time a consumer handles its banking on a smart phone it essentially makes another bank employee disappear from his work place at his bank. Time to change the career path to become an AIA Agent – an option with a future.
